Navy Day at Krylov Centre

On 29 July the Krylov State Research Centre celebrated the Russia’s Navy Day, which is generally regarded as a professional holiday by all Krylov employees arduously working for stronger Russian Navy.

In his keynote speech v. M Nikitin, Director General of Krylov State Research Centre, highlighted the outstanding achievements and valuable contributions of Krylov’s researchers and engineers in all areas of the shipbuilding industry.

Deliberations of Krylov’s scientists have been distinguished by awards of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as by certificates of gratitude from the local district administration and various committees of the St. Petersburg government.

The gratitude from the Ministry of Transport is worthy to be mentioned specially. In 2015 the Krylov Centre undertook and completed within record short time a package of integrated studies in support of the Kerch Strait Bridge Project.

Finally, the Krylov staff was congratulated by the Russian Army Chorus that performed «forever hits» admired by everybody.
